On 18 August its newest release covered 1 November to 31 December 2025, a period that had ended 230 days earlier. The Commission’s own archive shows the quarterly rhythm that ran from 2018 broke down during 2025. Tables for January to June 2026 have since appeared.

Compliance and enforcement, provider supervision and risk-based monitoring went unreported for November to December 2025, promised back in Q3. The Q3 and Q4 tables have since been published with all three domains restored.
